Specific foods for blemished skin: Hyperpigmentation of the skin

A diet deficient in essential nutrients or unbalanced can be the origin of diseases.

I attach these diagrams where we can see that the lack of vitamins, proteins and carbohydrates, fatty acids, minerals can cause from chronic generalized diseases to specific skin diseases.

And NOT only that, for example a diet rich in hot spices or very hot foods can trigger Rosacea. A diet rich in Gluten psoriasis, a high consumption of refined sugars Herpes....

As I always say negative emotions are activating Boosters of these diseases, along with an unbalanced diet.

So read on...

For me it's not tell me what you eat and I'll tell you who you are.... But tell me what you eat and what you think and I will tell you who you are.

Hyperpigmentation can be a sign of vitamin B12 deficiency, this essential vitamin is key because it is involved in many physiological processes, keeps neurons and blood cells healthy, contributes to the production of DNA, our genetic material.

It is found in animal foods, fish, meat, poultry, eggs, milk and dairy products. It is rarely found in plant foods.

Vegetarian diets beware!!!!,

I am of the opinion that we should eat everything, but in the right measure. Although a whim from time to time I consider it just as healthy.

To treat hyperpigmentation you should take vitamin C, E and antioxidants, such as ellagic acid and grape seed extract, resveratrol. These substances are found in citrus fruits, tomatoes, pomegranates and grapes.

The sun's rays activate melanin, the natural pigment in our skin and hair, which gives us our characteristic color, protects us from the sun's rays. The sun's rays are good for the synthesis of Vitamin D, but not in excess, so an excess of direct sun or a hormonal imbalance (pregnancy, menopause...) can alter the formation of melanin, causing the characteristic spots to appear.

We have to apply sunscreen in summer mainly, prevent direct sun on our face or where we have the spots if we want to prevent their activation.

At a topical level you need depigmenting active ingredients:

Glycolic acid, lactic acid, citric acid, vitamin C, Retinol, ...

My advice Health-Beauty, Beautylife:

Every evening combine the solution GLICOLPEEL DTOX and ANTIOX REVITAL PREMIUM.

In the mornings ONEDERFUL or Instant Repair, with a cream with sunscreen or makeup after the booster.

These foods can help you protect your skin from the sun's rays, they are rich in antioxidants:

Berries, grapefruit, pineapples, plums, Brussels and white cabbage, chili, spinach and millet.
